Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce / D2C

We are looking for a Performance Marketing skilled with hands-on experience in E-commerce/D2C sales to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Drive online sales, conversions and revenue, not just leads.

Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.

Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve performance.

Analyze Shopify/e-commerce data and identify growth opportunities.

Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.

Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.

Track daily/weekly campaign performance and prepare reports.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.

Proven experience in E-commerce/D2C sales campaigns.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads.

Experience with Shopify/e-commerce analytics is preferred.

Lead-generation-only experience will not be preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
