We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for D2C and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and focused on generating sales, improving ROAS, and efficiently scaling ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend for better ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.

- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.

- Continuously test and optimize creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and improvement.

- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copies.

- Track conversions and monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics and tracking tools.

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital advertising trends, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.

- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience is preferred.

- Experience working with D2C/E-commerce brands is an advantage.

- Robust understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4), and Shopify is a plus.

- Strong communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to work with creative teams and understand what makes an ad creative perform.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
