Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

Location: Bengaluru | Full-Time | Work from Office

Bionova Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to drive growth for our D2C health, wellness and personal-care brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads with focus on sales, ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Manage and grow Shopify/D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces.
- Plan product launches, promotional campaigns and marketplace growth.
- Monitor daily sales, ad performance, conversion rates and marketing spends.
- Improve website traffic, conversion, SEO and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with creative, content and marketplace teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance and sales reports.





Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing + E-Commerce/D2C.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify.
- Marketplace management experience preferred.
- Must be data-driven, proactive and accountable for results.
- Experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, beauty, wellness or healthcare brands is an advantage.
