SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETER

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can independently manage and scale digital marketing campaigns for Vyara Amoghya Technologies and its clients across India.

The candidate will be responsible for developing performance marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns, generating qualified leads, optimizing marketing performance, and driving measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with paid advertising and be capable of taking ownership of campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization.

Skills Required

- 5–7 years of proven performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience managing large-scale paid campaigns and budgets
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition
- Excellent understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
- Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, retargeting and audience targeting
- Experience in campaign scaling and optimization
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to develop Pan-India marketing strategies




- Understanding of regional audience targeting across different Indian markets
- Strong creative understanding for ad copy, creatives, videos and campaign concepts
- Ability to work with creative, sales, content and development teams
- Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – 7.2LPA
