About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Account Manager who can oversee the marketing team, manage client relationships, monitor Meta Ads campaigns, and independently handle a portfolio of around 5 clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication, client-handling, team coordination, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and coordinate the Performance Marketing team and ensure campaigns are progressing effectively.
- Independently manage around 5 client accounts, understanding their requirements and overseeing their marketing activities.
- Monitor and review Meta Ads campaigns handled by the team.
- Track campaign performance and ensure marketers take the necessary actions for improvement.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and the marketing team.
- Understand client requirements, concerns, and expectations and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Coordinate with marketers handling individual client accounts and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members on campaigns, tasks, and client requirements.
- Take ownership of client satisfaction, campaign coordination, and team performance.
- Identify issues and coordinate with the relevant team members to resolve them.
- Support the team with campaign strategies, creative requirements,



and client recommendations.

Requirements :

- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
- Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience handling clients and managing multiple accounts.
- Ability to independently manage around 5 clients while overseeing the wider marketing team.
- Experience coordinating or managing a marketing/performance marketing team.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Confident in communicating with clients and internal teams.
