Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Performance

Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads for franchise buying, selling, and consultancy services. Daily responsibilities include setting up and monitoring ad campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and franchise consulting teams to refine targeting, messaging, and funnels, as well as conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

Marketer will also help shape digital strategy,



ensure consistent brand positioning, and stay current with industry trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics and optimization tools, such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with lead generation funnels, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, landing page best practices, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing for services or B2B/B2C brands; exposure to franchising or consulting industries is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
