About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning how paid marketing works for D2C brands and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns, data, creatives, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
- Support the team in campaign planning, audience research, targeting, and optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & conversions
- Assist in analyzing campaign data and identifying performance trends
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy requirements
- Help maintain campaign reports and performance sheets
- Assist in tracking daily and weekly campaign performance
- Research competitors, audiences, and current paid marketing trends
- Learn how to optimize campaigns based on data and business objectives
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms

Requirements





- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and willingness to learn
- Interest in working with D2C brands and paid advertising
- Candidates with relevant courses, certifications, or practical project experience are welcome
