Role Description The Performance Management System Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Cuttack. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining performance management frameworks and tools across the organization. Day-to-day activities include coordinating performance appraisal cycles, setting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and working with department heads to align individual and team goals with business objectives.

The role involves analyzing performance data, preparing reports for leadership, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and employee development.

Lead will also collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure performance processes are fair, data-driven, and integrated with compensation and rewards.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Experience in Performance Management and Performance Appraisal systems, including designing frameworks and managing review cycles.
- Program Management capabilities to coordinate performance-related initiatives across multiple functions and locations.
- Working knowledge of Finance to connect performance outcomes with budgets, incentives, and overall business results.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS, performance management software, and MS Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills to work effectively with leaders and team members.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality and fairness in all performance-related processes.
