Role Details • Support global Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and drive process performance improvements. • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process and system enhancements. • Gather business requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose process solutions. • Manage change requests, governance activities, and process documentation. • Support agile product delivery, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Deliver training, user support, and stakeholder engagement across global teams. Key Skill Set • Robust experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Procurement Operations. • Experience in Category Management and Procurement processes. • Hands-on expertise in SAP, Ariba, and related procurement platforms.
• Experience working with ERP-enabled global process environments. • Business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement. • Agile/Scrum delivery experience. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
