Senior Pega Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Pega Systems Analyst to join our technology team and drive the delivery, release, and operational management of enterprise Pega applications. You will act as the bridge between business, engineering, DevOps, and cyber security teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable Pega solutions are delivered across the organisation.

This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst with hands-on Pega expertise, release management experience, and a strong understanding of application security and vulnerability remediation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Pega platform across production and non-production environments.

Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.

Support control testing activities through comprehensive understanding of system architecture, integrations, and operational processes.

Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.

Lead solution design activities across Pega Case Management, workflow automation, business rules, and integrations.

Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Manage end-to-end release planning, deployment coordination, change approvals, and production releases.

Drive platform governance, ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails, enterprise standards, and best practices.

Coordinate remediation of application and platform vulnerabilities, working closely with Cyber Security teams.

Support platform upgrades, patch management, and production support activities.

Lead incident triage, root cause analysis,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and delivery planning.

5+ years' experience working with

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
