Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day PEB and structural steel production activities, including raw material inspection, loading and unloading, fabrication, manpower management, production, monitoring, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production and fabrication activities as per the production plan.

- Allocate and manage manpower based on production priorities.

- Inspect and verify incoming raw materials for quantity, dimensions, condition, and specifications.

- Coordinate with Stores and Quality for acceptance and proper identification of raw materials.

- Supervise safe loading, unloading, handling, stacking, and movement of raw and fabricated
- materials.

- Monitor cutting, fit-up, welding, drilling, assembly, and other fabrication activities.

- Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved shop and fabrication drawings.





- Monitor daily production targets and report planned versus actual output.

- Identify and report production delays, bottlenecks, material shortages, and machinery issues.

- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.

- Ensure proper workmanship, quality inspections, and timely rectification of defects.

- Monitor manpower productivity, discipline, and safe working practices.

- Maintain daily production and material movement records and submit progress updates to the Plant Head.

- Ensure PPE compliance, safety, and proper housekeeping.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
