Technical Skills: Proficiency in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and profile projectors
Experience: Often requires 1 year in QC or manufacturing, with familiarity in ISO, IATF audit documentation, and Control Plans
Abilities: Robust attention to detail, analytical skills for root cause analysis, and ability to read technical drawings
Collaboration & Authority: Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and possess the authority to stop the assembly line if critical defects are found
Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes and machinery, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality norms
Inspection & Testing: Conduct physical inspections and tests on raw materials, components,
and finished goods against engineering drawings and quality specifications
Background: Technical education (e.g., Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field) is preferred
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, test results, and scrap reports (e.g., using ERP , Excel, or QC documentation)
