We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our Hospital team, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for pediatric patients across various age groups.
- Manage critical care situations within Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) with precision.
- Lead and coordinate emergency response protocols to ensure rapid and effective intervention during urgent medical situations.
- Oversee emergency operations,
ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to safety standards during high-pressure scenarios.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective management strategies for acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification work experience in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrate specialized proficiency and hands-on experience in NICU and PICU environments.
- Exhibit solid capabilities in emergency operations, including the ability to assess, triage, and manage critical cases efficiently.
- Show proven competence in emergency response and management, ensuring calm and decisive action during crises.
- Hold a valid medical license and relevant certifications required for pediatric practice.
- Salary range for this position is ₹3 - 3.5 lpm.
