Bendic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise Sales and be capable of generating current business and converting leads into franchise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new PCD Pharma franchise customers across India.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Explain company products, pricing, schemes and franchise opportunities to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up and sales records.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise Sales.
- Candidates with proven PCD sales experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and PCD business.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Salary will be decided based on experience, skills and previous PCD sales performance.
