We're Hiring | Payroll Specialist | Gurugram

WE are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Gurugram.

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Gurugram

Function: People & Culture | Payroll / C&B;

Reporting to: Compensation & Benefits Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing
- Handle payroll inputs, new joiners, exits, revisions, arrears, incentives, deductions and Full & Final settlements
- Manage multi-state payroll statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and TDS
- Ensure timely statutory challans, returns, filings and compliance records
- Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll variances
- Support payroll audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Maintain payroll master data and work on HRMS/payroll systems
- Prepare payroll MIS and statutory reports
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips and Form 16

Must-Have ✔ 5–8 years of relevant Payroll / C&B; experience





✔ Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end, multi-location/multi-state payroll

✔ Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus & Gratuity

✔ Experience in state-wise PT/LWF compliance

✔ Robust payroll reconciliation and audit exposure

✔ Good Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas

✔ Experience with PeopleStrong, GreytHR, Darwinbox, Keka, ZingHR or equivalent HRMS is preferred

Good to Have: Experience handling 500+ employees and/or contract workforce, preferably from Telecom, ISP, Technology, BFSI or other multi-location organizations.

Pay: ₹285,944.71 - ₹981,935.77 per year
