Job Overview:

We are looking for a full time Payroll & Medical Benefits Specialist with experience handling U.S. payroll and employee medical benefits. The ideal candidate is familiar with ADP and can manage payroll and benefits tasks accurately and independently.

Schedule : Remote, Full Time | Monday to Friday, Full-Time 9am to 5pm, Honolulu, HI Time

Responsibilities:

- Process and review employee payroll using ADP
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Handle payroll changes, deductions, new hires, and terminations
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions
- Manage employee medical and health benefits
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and cancellations
- Coordinate with insurance providers and benefits vendors
- Review benefit deductions and ensure they are reflected correctly in payroll
- Assist with payroll and benefits reports
- Maintain confidential employee information
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Experience in U.S. payroll and benefits administration
- Hands-on experience with ADP
- Experience handling medical/health benefits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Experience with ADP is preferred
- Experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states is preferred.
- Previous experience working with a U.S.-based company is preferred.
