A. Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic professionals to join our payroll team. Open positions include Payroll Executive (experienced) and Payroll Support (entry-level/fresher). Candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth payroll operations and accurate salary processing.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Process monthly payroll for employees

✔ Maintain payroll records, attendance, and leave data

✔ Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.) .Monthly Challan generation, Member Registration.

✔ Assist in payroll data preparation and MIS reports

✔ Update employee payroll information in Excel

✔ Handle Full & Final Settlement (FNF) calculations and documentation

✔ Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs

✔ Resolve employee payroll-related queries

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

B. Qualifications, Skills & Experience.

Requirements

For Payroll Executive:

✔ Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance (preferred)





✔ 1–2 years of payroll processing experience

✔ Solid knowledge of Advance MS Excel

✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Basic understanding of statutory compliances For Payroll Support:

✔ Graduate can apply

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory)

✔ Basic understanding of payroll or HR operations

✔ Good communication and organizational skills

✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in payroll domain

C. Salaries & Benefits.

1. Salary Range will be From Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month.
2. Final Salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview.
3. Salaried on Company Payroll with Labour Law Benefits as applicable.
4. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

6. Location: Thane

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
