- Immediate Joiner or Candidate max with 30 days NP
- Preferred past HSBC experience (not a mandate but preferred)

- Excellent communication skills
- Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more)
- Experience of managing large transformation engagements, hands-on project governance
- experience, running/anchoring PSCs/WGs/Other relevant cadences, Managing RAID, Status Reporting, Financial Management, Investment/Business Case, Hands-on over tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity
- Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a Delivery Manager at each lifecycle stage
