Position Name: Pattern Master – Richpeace CAD Software

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Pattern Master having expertise’s to Design pattern, Granding Patterns & digitizing exiting & new patterns.

Pay Range: 40000 To 45000

Job Location: Shreeji Exim Works LLP, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

· Pattern Development: Create digital base patterns and first patterns from design sketches, tech packs, or physical reference samples.

· Software Operations: Use Richpeace Garment CAD tools for drafting, modifying, dart manipulation, and maintaining an organized digital pattern library.

· Grading: Apply size specs and grading rules to scale base patterns across a full size range (e.g., XS to XXL) while preserving garment fit and balance.





· Marker Making: Generate effective marker layouts to maximize fabric utilization and minimize material wastage during cutting.

· Fitting and Sampling: Coordinate with sampling teams and production floors during prototyping, execute fit corrections based on fit comments, and add necessary seam allowances, notches, and grain lines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Computer skills – Richpeace CAD Software
- 3–6 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
