We are hiring a Patient Engagement & Conversion Executive – Gut Health to join our team in Coimbatore.

You don’t need a biotechnology or medical degree for this role. We will train you in gut health, the gut microbiome, our services, and the complete patient journey.

What we are looking for:

- B.A. / M.A. English Literature
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong Tamil communication
- Confident and professional phone communication
- Empathy and patience while speaking with patients




- Solid follow-up and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, CRM and Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn healthcare and gut-health concepts
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Video editing/content creation skills are an added advantage

Your role will involve managing the journey from:

Enquiry → Conversation → Follow-up → Enrollment

- This is not a laboratory or research position. It is a patient-facing role at the intersection of healthcare, communication and business development.
