Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pathologist role based in Hyderabad. The Pathologist will be responsible for examining tissue, blood, and other specimens to diagnose diseases, interpret laboratory results, and provide clear, evidence-based reports to clinicians.

Daily activities include reviewing histology slides, overseeing laboratory processes, correlating clinical information with pathological findings, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions. The role also involves ensuring adherence to quality control and regulatory standards, guiding laboratory staff on best practices,



and contributing to protocol development and continuous improvement in diagnostic workflows. The Pathologist is expected to maintain accurate documentation, support timely turnaround of reports, and collaborate effectively with medical and laboratory teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Pathology and Medicine, with the ability to correlate clinical and pathological findings.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Medicine, including quality control and safety standards.
- Expertise in Histology, including slide review, microscopic diagnosis, and report preparation.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification in Pathology (MD/DNB or equivalent).
- Valid medical license/registration to practice pathology, as required by local regulations.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Prior experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory settings is highly beneficial.
