About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and lead our network of hospitals, physicians and referral partners across international markets. You will own partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to negotiation, onboarding and long-term account growth, and work directly with the leadership team to shape how we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and win recent hospital, physician, provider and referral partnerships.

Own and grow relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms and close partnerships.

Understand each partner's specialties, pricing structures and operating requirements, and translate them into opportunities for both sides.

Partner with the Patient Care, Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and a consistently high partner experience.

Maintain a clean, current partner pipeline and accurate records of every interaction.

Track partnership performance, and report insights and recommendations to leadership.

Drive entry into new markets and expand the partner network in new geographies.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development,



account management, key account management, sales or healthcare.

Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, doctors and hospital leadership with clarity, confidence and credibility.

Proven negotiation skills and a track record of closing and growing partnerships or accounts.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partners and priorities at once, with strong follow-through.

Strong ownership, organisation and attention to detail.

Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and standard business tools.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, health-tech or another partner-led business.

Experience working with international stakeholders or across markets.
