The Parts Manager role oversees sales, supply chain, supplier management, compliance, and commercial operations within the automotive sector. The position combines international trade, contract management, business development, quality management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to support effective departmental performance.

Responsibilities

- Manage import and export activities and related international trade processes

- Lead business negotiations and manage relationships with domestic and international customers and suppliers

- Oversee sales, marketing, business development, and commercial activities for the Parts Department

- Manage supply chain, materials, logistics, purchasing, and quality-related operations

- Prepare quotations for domestic and international business and support the development of current commercial opportunities

- Manage contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements, supplier issues, and dispute resolution

- Establish operational arrangements, controls, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and process documentation

- Support compliance and governance activities, maintain ISO documentation, and manage internal and external audits

- Prepare departmental budgets and monthly reports, conduct variance analysis, and define, monitor, and control departmental Key Performance Indicators

- Manage internal documentation systems and workflows





- Conduct QCDM/DA analysis and support related operational decision-making

- Handle insurance claims for materials damaged during inbound or outbound transportation

Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience

- Automotive industry experience

- Strong knowledge of import and export procedures and international trade

- Hands-on experience in business negotiation, customer management, and supplier management

- Experience across supply chain management, materials management, marketing, logistics, import and export, or purchasing

- Knowledge of quality management, compliance, governance, and ISO documentation

- Experience managing contracts, commercial agreements, and non-disclosure agreements

- Knowledge of QCDM/DA analysis

- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and logical thinking skills

- Ability to manage and resolve disputes between internal departments and external parties

- Experience preparing domestic and international quotations

- Experience in budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring
