Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Partnerships Executive to build a referral and partner program from the ground up — starting relationships with adjacent agencies (web design, PPC, dev shops) and similar B2B partner ecosystems, rather than waiting for partner interest to come to us.

This is an outbound, relationship-first role. You'll initiate and build partnerships yourself, bring creative ideas for co-marketing, sponsorships, and events, and keep a real pipeline of partner relationships organized so nothing falls through the cracks. You'll represent Indexed externally to other companies, so the presentation bar is the same as our client-facing roles.

What You'll DoBuild the partner program

- Build a referral and partner program from the ground up, targeting adjacent agencies (web design, PPC, dev shops) and similar B2B partner ecosystems
- Draw on experience building referral or partner programs elsewhere to shape how Indexed's program is structured and run

Initiate relationships, don't just manage them

- Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners — this role initiates outbound relationships rather than only managing inbound partner requests
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with partner contacts, not just transactional referral arrangements

Bring creative ideas to the table

- Propose co-marketing opportunities, sponsorships,



and events — not just run a fixed outreach cadence
- Identify new formats and angles for partnership as the program matures

Keep the pipeline organized

- Manage a real pipeline of partner relationships — tracking status, next steps, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience, including experience building referral or partner programs, ideally with adjacent agencies or similar B2B partner ecosystems
- A natural relationship-builder who initiates outbound relationships, rather than only responding to inbound partner interest
- Creative — comfortable proposing co-marketing, sponsorships, and events, not just executing a fixed cadence
- Organized enough to manage a real partner pipeline without anything slipping through the cracks
- Professional English and presentation — this person represents Indexed externally to other companies, the same bar as our client-facing roles
