FlashSpace is India's fastest-growing coworking and virtual office platform — live across 100+ cities, powering 5000+ businesses and partnered with 80+ coworking spaces. We're building the largest workspace marketplace for Indian founders and SMEs. And to scale that marketplace, we need to grow the supply side aggressively — which is where you come in.

The Role

We're hiring a Partnerships Intern focused exclusively on onboarding coworking spaces across Delhi NCR as inventory partners for FlashSpace. Your job is simple to describe and demanding to do well: find every credible coworking space in the region, get in the door, pitch the FlashSpace partnership, and bring them onto our platform.

This is a hands-on, on-ground, deal-driven role. If you like sitting behind a laptop all day, this isn't for you. If you like the idea of walking into 30 spaces a month, meeting operators, negotiating terms, and watching your inventory list grow week over week — read on.

What You'll Own

- Identify and map coworking spaces across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad)
- Cold outreach to space owners and operators — calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
- Pitch the FlashSpace partnership model, negotiate commercial terms, and close space onboardings




- Coordinate documentation, agreements, and go-live handoff to our operations team
- Own a weekly inventory growth target and report progress directly to the leadership team

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and negotiation instincts — you can walk into an unfamiliar office and hold a room
- Comfort with field work, meetings, and travel across Delhi NCR
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait for a script, you go make things happen
- Valuable written communication for follow-ups, proposals, and agreements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnerships is a bonus (not required)
