Role Description The Partner role at Zion Management Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Partner will be responsible for leading client engagements, managing key accounts, and developing strategic initiatives to grow the firm’s portfolio. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, designing solutions, overseeing delivery, and ensuring high standards of service quality.

The Partner will also focus on business development, networking, and building partnerships, as well as mentoring team members and collaborating with other leaders to define and execute the firm’s growth strategy. This role requires strong commercial acumen,



the ability to make informed decisions, and a hands-on approach to both client service and internal operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in management, consulting, or professional services, with a track record of leading client engagements and delivering results.
- Strong business development skills, including relationship-building, networking, and the ability to identify and convert recent opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, team coordination, and performance oversight.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working with data, financials, and strategic planning frameworks.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in a dynamic environment, and handle multiple priorities with sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; professional certifications in consulting or leadership are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Mumbai market or familiarity with local business practices is a plus.
