Role Summary The Palantir AIP Expert will be responsible for establishing and scaling Wipro's Palantir AIP competency by driving technical enablement, solution development, accelerators, certifications, and go-to-market initiatives. The role combines deep expertise in Palantir Foundry and AIP with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLM applications, and enterprise AI transformation. The individual will act as a technical SME, mentor, and solution leader to help build a sustainable Palantir ecosystem within Wipro.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the development and growth of Wipro's Palantir AIP competency.
- Define best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for Palantir AIP implementations.
- Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Palantir Foundry, AIP, and Agent Studio.
- Build accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components for Agentic AI use cases.
- Support solutioning, proposals, RFP responses, and client discussions involving Palantir technologies.
- Develop PoCs, demos, and industry-specific AI showcases on Palantir AIP.
- Conduct technical trainings, bootcamps, workshops, and certification enablement programs.
- Mentor engineers and project teams on Palantir Foundry, Ontology, AIP Logic, and Agent Studio.
- Collaborate with Palantir teams to align competency-building initiatives, trainings, and certifications.
- Define standards for AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.
- Establish implementation patterns for RAG, AI agents, digital twins, and enterprise automation.
- Drive innovation through evaluation of emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM capabilities within AIP.
- Support project delivery teams with architecture reviews, troubleshooting,



and optimization recommendations.
- Contribute to GTM assets, thought leadership content, whitepapers, and solution collateral.
- Build competency KPIs including certifications, trained resources, accelerators, and solution assets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Data, AI/ML, or GenAI solution development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
- Expertise in Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Logic, Agent Studio, and Operational Applications.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience building RAG solutions, enterprise search, and knowledge assistants.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts.
- Experience with Snowflake and integrating enterprise data platforms with Palantir.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval architectures.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, model evaluation, and production deployment.
- Experience creating technical assets, reusable frameworks, and implementation accelerators.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and solution architecture skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Palantir Foundry and AIP certifications.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, and modern Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience conducting technical enablement, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, solutioning, RFP support, and AI transformation programs.
