Surface

Preparation

- Prepare metal, wooden and other surfaces before painting.

- Perform cleaning, sanding, grinding, scraping and removal of rust, dust, grease and old paint.

- Apply putty, primer and other surface treatments as required.

- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared for smooth and durable finishing.

1. Painting &
- Finishing

- Carry out spray painting, brush painting and roller painting as required.

- Apply primer, paint, enamel, PU and other approved coatings according to requirements.

- Maintain proper paint thickness, coverage, colour and finishing quality.

- Perform touch-up and rework wherever required.

- Ensure finished surfaces are free from uneven coating, runs, patches, bubbles and other visible defects.

1. Product &
- Component Painting

- Paint audio equipment, cabinets, metal parts, fixtures and other components as assigned.

- Follow approved colour codes, finishing specifications and work instructions.

- Ensure proper masking and protection of areas that should not be painted.

- Inspect painted components before sending them to the next production stage.

1. Factory &
- Maintenance Painting

- Carry out painting and touch-up work on factory equipment, structures, doors, railings, furniture and other areas as required.

- Support periodic maintenance and renovation-related painting activities.

- Identify areas requiring repainting or corrective painting and report them to the supervisor.

1. Paint &
- Material Handling

- Handle paints, thinners, primers, solvents and other painting materials safely.





- Maintain proper storage and handling of painting materials.

- Avoid unnecessary wastage of paint and consumables.

- Inform the supervisor when paint, thinner, tools or other materials are required.

1. Equipment &
- Tool Maintenance

- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, brushes, rollers and other painting equipment.

- Clean spray guns and other equipment after use.

- Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the concerned supervisor.

- Keep painting tools and the work area clean and organised.

1. Quality &
- Productivity

- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within the required timelines.

- Maintain consistent finishing quality.

- Minimise rework and material wastage.

- Report quality issues, defects or process-related problems immediately to the supervisor.

1. Safety &
- Housekeeping

- Follow all factory safety rules and work instructions.

- Use appropriate PPE such as safety shoes, gloves, mask/respirator, goggles and protective clothing.

- Ensure adequate ventilation while working with paints and solvents.

- Maintain proper housekeeping in the painting area.

- Dispose of paint waste, containers and other materials as per company safety procedures.

- Immediately report any unsafe condition, spill or accident to the supervisor.

1. Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams as required.

- Follow instructions from the Production/Maintenance Supervisor.

- Support other factory activities related to painting and maintenance whenever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
