Admonky is hiring a highly strategic & hands-on Paid Ads Expert who can independently manage and scale multiple client accounts across Google Ads + Meta Ads.

What We're Looking For

Agency experience is mandatory Robust expertise in Google Ads + Meta Ads Experience across E-commerce + Lead Generation Proven experience managing Indian + International clients Ability to efficiently manage 15–20 client accounts simultaneously

Proven ability to scale accounts, improve ROAS & maximize client revenue Strong strategic & analytical thinking — not just campaign execution Advanced tracking expertise — GTM, GA4, conversion events, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, CAPI & troubleshooting

Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages,



creatives & CRO Excellent English communication & client management skills Comfortable communicating directly with international clients Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging accounts/situations

High ownership — able to identify problems, find solutions and execute independently

What You'll Own

Strategy → Execution → Tracking → Optimization → Scaling → Reporting → Client Communication

You should be able to take complete ownership of an account without needing constant direction.

Compensation: Upto ₹6 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, client-handling ability & proven performance.
