Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Packaging & Offline Marketing Designer with strong core packaging design expertise to create visually impactful packaging and offline marketing communication for our growing beauty portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Design product packaging, labels, cartons, boxes and print collaterals .
- Develop creative assets for POSM, retail displays, in-store branding and offline campaigns .
- Create accurate, print-ready artwork as per production specifications.
- Ensure consistency across packaging and all offline brand communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing, NPD and other teams for new product launches.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of relevant experience , with strong core packaging design experience .
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG or D2C brands preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDRAW .
- Strong understanding of printing, materials, finishes, colour management and pre-press .
- Excellent creative sense and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio showcasing packaging design work is mandatory.
