Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in service order process implementation, SAP Fiori, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Service as a Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Service Order Process implementation and integration with relevant modules
- Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare process design documents
- Configure and implement:

Service Organization Structure

Service Orders

Service Confirmations

Equipment Master Data

Spare Parts Management

Billing

- Support integration with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO and related modules
- Good understanding of SAP & non-SAP system integration from a system architecture perspective




- Identify and configure relevant SAP Fiori applications for service and repair operations
- Perform Fiori UI adaptations using key-user adaptation tools
- Support SAP Build Work Zone setup for dealer portals
- Prepare Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, and Training Documents
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Support testing, go-live, and post-production activities

Ideal Candidate

7–12 years of relevant SAP experience

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service

Robust knowledge of Service Order Management & Service Processes

Experience with SAP Fiori and UI Adaptation

Knowledge of SD/MM/FI-CO integration

Experience with SAP & non-SAP integrations

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
