Role Description The Owner role at Treasury Hub GH is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Owner will be responsible for defining the organization’s strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality financial market analysis and content delivery. Key activities include supervising research and reporting on Ghana’s markets, managing client relationships, guiding business development efforts, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

The role also involves leading the team, setting performance goals, managing budgets and resources, and representing the organization in external meetings, conferences, and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to guide strategic and operational activities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in finance, treasury management, or investment analysis, with a solid understanding of emerging markets and macroeconomic trends.

- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including data interpretation, report writing, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or owning a business, financial services firm, or research-focused organization is highly beneficial.
