Role OverviewAs an Outreach & Growth Associate, you will support the organization's outreach and partnership efforts by connecting with NGOs, social organizations, educational institutions, corporate partners, individual fundraisers, and potential podcast guests. You will be responsible for identifying collaboration opportunities, onboarding partners, coordinating outreach initiatives, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to contribute to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to NGOs, social organizations, educational institutions, corporate partners, individual fundraisers, and potential podcast guests through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Introduce the organization's platform and partnership opportunities, and guide stakeholders through the onboarding or collaboration process.
- Coordinate with partners to support fundraising campaigns, outreach initiatives, and podcast collaborations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and stakeholder interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, partnerships, and podcast initiatives.




- Track assigned targets and contribute to overall outreach and growth objectives.

Skills & QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and stakeholder interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, outreach, telecalling, customer support, partnerships, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
