- Role: OT Project Engineer / Manager
- Department: IT/OT (Operational Technology)
- Location: IT CWH & Manufacturing Sites (Multi-site Support), site visit based on the requirement
- Experience 6-8 Years

Core Responsibilities

OT Project Management:

End-to-end execution of OT upgrades (P2V, SCADA, Historian, MES, BMS, WMS), project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and validation phases (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, SOPs, change controls) as per the current guidelines.

OT Virtualization & Infrastructure:

Legacy application virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), hardware refreshes, High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture, server migrations, and business continuity testing.

L2 Integration & Digitalization:

System architecture and data flow integration across PLC SCADA Historian MES SAP/ERP via OPC UA, MQTT, REST API, SQL, and middleware; dashboard and analytics setup.

PLC Programming & Automation

Program development, commissioning, and troubleshooting (Ladder, FBD, SCL, STL) across platforms including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or Omron.

SCADA Development / Support

Knowledge about HMI design, alarm management,



audit trails, user access control, license management, batch reports, historian connectivity, and SCADA platform upgrades.

Industrial Networking & Databases

Network setup and troubleshooting using Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, MQTT, and Serial; database management and query optimization for MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Historians.

OT Cybersecurity & Compliance

Manage and compliance about patch management, access reviews, antivirus, network segmentation, and strict adherence to GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and Data Integrity guidelines.

Vendor Management

Vendor/OEM coordination, technical proposal evaluations, performance reviews, issue escalation, and assisting with CAPEX planning and budgeting.

Knowledge about CSV

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Engineering, or IT.
- Experience Required:
- Engineer: about 8 years

- Preferred Industry Background: Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical etc.
