Position Details:

Customer Service Executive

- Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
- Contract - 1 year
- Shift Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Interview Rounds: 1 round - Face to Face
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Customer Service / Supply Chain

: Objective of the Position To manage supply chain processes associated with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle while ensuring compliance with BASF Group policies, regulations, and accounting standards. The role involves handling customer service activities from receipt of purchase orders through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize strong SAP knowledge to perform daily operational and transactional activities.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) management activities, including creation and maintenance of orders.
- Track in-transit vehicles and provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare order status reports and MIS reports, and monitor customer order placements against sales forecasts.




- Coordinate closely with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and other internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Create Credit Notes and Debit Notes as required.
- Work on OM Cockpit and My BASF World Account (preferred and considered an added advantage).

Required Skill Set

- Strong working knowledge of SAP and related transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive approach and quick learning capability.
- Robust customer service orientation.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain functions.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

- SAP
- MS Excel
