- Inventory Reconciliation Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation
- Clearance/Donation Orders – Transparent understanding of order management, clearance orders handling, interaction with Order Management team, solve issues related to Order Management, Donation & FOC process
- Stock Replenishment - Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations, Plant to Plant transfers, Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
- Open Orders Management – Complete understanding of Open Orders is SAP, causes for Open Customer Orders, mitigate risks associated during MEC,
POD closures during Month End Close
- Process improvement - Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency
Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years’ Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Invoice Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations
- Working Knowledge in SAP ECC & SP EWM is a must. ARIBA, OTM expertise, will be an added advantage
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action
