This is a 6 months of contractual role.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately in the XTS system
- Review and verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Ensure completeness and correctness of all order-related data
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
- Maintain records and track order status
- Perform quality checks to minimize errors and rework
- Handle basic reporting using Excel

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment
- Basic understanding of order management / supply chain processes

- Experience in:

Order processing

Backend operations

Supply chain / logistics

Customer support (operations side)

Candidates with 0-1 year of experience with good knowledge of Order Processing, Backend/E-commerce Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain, with knowledge of order verification, documentation and shipment tracking, MS Excel, attention to detail and good communication can also considerable.
