Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Execution Executive to manage end-to-end order processing between clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation, coordination, and working knowledge of Tally ERP.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Receive and review purchase orders from clients.
- Prepare and issue vendor purchase orders accurately.
- Handle both-side documentation (client & vendor).
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and dispatch teams for order updates.
- Track material status and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update records in Tally & Excel.
- Support billing, GRN, and invoicing as required.




- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external parties.

Expertise & Skills Required

- Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
- Understanding of purchase, order management, and invoicing
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Typing speed: 35–40 WPM preferred
- B.Com background with knowledge of accounts and basic inventory preferred
