Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for experienced professionals in Order Management / Customer Onboarding & Enablement to manage end-to-end order processes, customer onboarding, fulfillment coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Order Management and Order Processing activities.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C), invoicing and billing processes.
- Manage customer/client onboarding and enablement activities.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, supply chain, fulfillment and internal stakeholders.
- Handle pricing, contracts and commercial operations.
- Maintain and manage product and master data.
- Coordinate order scheduling and fulfillment activities.




- Identify and resolve order-related exceptions and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Work with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel.
- Ensure process compliance, controls and continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholder
