Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in Supply Chain Planning.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in new Oracle EBS implementations, excellent functional knowledge, and proven solutioning experience. The candidate will work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver enterprise-wide SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Oracle E-Business Suite SCM implementations, particularly in Supply Chain Planning.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM solutions.
- Drive solutioning, functional design, and process improvements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business, functional, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, and related documentation.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, and integrations.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution discussions, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- Analyze complex business and system issues and provide appropriate functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development, customization, interfaces, and issue resolution.
- Track project activities, dependencies, issues, and deliverables for assigned modules.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of SCM processes.




- Provide guidance and functional expertise to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills
- 10–15 years of relevant Oracle SCM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Proven experience in new Oracle EBS implementations.
- Solutioning experience is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of SCM business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex business problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Industry experience in relevant supply chain/manufacturing domains.
- Experience working on enterprise-wide ERP transformation projects.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Oracle SCM professional who can independently understand complex business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and work across business, functional, and technical teams to deliver successful Oracle EBS projects. Important: Candidates with strong Oracle EBS + Supply Chain Planning + New Implementation + Solutioning experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
