Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Exp: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore , Chennai, Pune, Noida, Jaipur

Modules: Primary modules are Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Procurement

Notice Period : 0 to 30 Days

POSITION SUMMARY

- 4-9 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in at least two of the following modules: Procurement, Inventory and Costing
- Minimum of two SCM project implementations.
- Hands-on experience with BPM.
- Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and training.
- Ability to independently manage the SCM track, interact with clients, and conduct business requirement and training sessions.
- Experience conducting CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing SCM Cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution, and customization across modules.
- Thorough knowledge of end-to-end P2P or O2C cycle and Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent communication and solid client-facing skills.
- Experience working with Oracle support for issue resolutions.
- Experience in SCM data upload/migration (FBDI & ADFDi) and resolving related issues.
- Experience supporting period closure activities.
- High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations between SCM modules and other modules (e.g., Projects, Procurement, Financials, HCM).
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role 2: Order Management, with Any module





- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Manufacturing, Planning Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP) , Channel Revenue Management, Order Orchestration, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Pricing and costing
- Perform fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and user training.
- Manage the SCM track independently and conduct client-facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions.
- Configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support customization requirements across modules.
- Understand functional requirement documents and define the scope of testing.
- Develop Functional Test Cases and System Integration Test Cases, including interfaces from boundary systems such as EDI
- Perform SCM data upload/migration using FBDI & ADFDi templates.
- Support period‑end activities and coordinate issue resolutions via Oracle Support.
- Ensure end‑to‑end process coverage for O2C and PLM business cycles.
- Basic Knowledge of below business process cycles in Order to Cash/PLM along with costing and perform Functional Testing for:
- Order Creation & EDI Interfacing
- Order Orchestration
- Pricing Rules
- Groovy Scripting
- Channel Revenue Management
- Item/Catalog/Structure Creation
- Product Development & Product Hub
- Change, Quality & Innovation Management
