Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management.

The candidate should have robust functional expertise across Oracle SCM business processes and modules, combined with the ability to understand technical requirements, data, reporting, configuration, and solution design.

The role is primarily SCM-focused, with emphasis on functional consulting and techno-functional problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as an Oracle Fusion SCM techno-functional consultant on implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Understand and document end-to-end SCM business processes.
- Provide functional and techno-functional solutions for complex business requirements.
- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SCM functional teams, technical teams, and project managers.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing SCM processes.
- Support solution demonstrations, proposals,



RFPs, and presales activities when required.

Technical and Functional Skills Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with exposure to multiple SCM modules.Experience in several of the following is expected:

- Procurement

- Purchasing
- Self-Service Procurement

- Supplier Management

- Inventory Management

- Order Management
- Product Management / Product Information Management (PIM)

- Cost Management
- Supply Planning / Demand Planning
- Warehouse Management / Logistics

The candidate should have a good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, rather than being limited to one individual module. Techno-Functional Capability The candidate should be comfortable working at the intersection of business processes and Oracle Cloud technology.

Required exposure includes

- FBDI / data upload processes
- ADFdi, where applicable

- OTBI

- BI Publisher Reports

Implementation / Support Experience

- Experience working on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, enhancement, or AMS/support projects.
- Experience in requirement gathering and business-user discussions.
- Experience preparing functional and technical documentation.
- Experience in SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
- Ability to independently handle SCM requirements and production issues.
- Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Oracle SCM certification will be an added advantage.
