Job Role - Oracle Fusion OTL Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7 – 16 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate | Any Post Graduate | Any Diploma

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) functionality.

• Configure and maintain time-entry rules, layouts, templates, and configurations .

• Set up and troubleshoot time card templates and time-entry processes .

• Configure and support OTL approval workflows, rules, and routing .

• Support integration between Oracle OTL and Oracle Project Management / Project Costing .

• Analyze and resolve issues related to time entry, validation, submission, approval, and project charging .

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, UAT support, and production deployments .

Required Skills

• Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Time & Labor (OTL) .

• Expertise in time entry configuration and time card setup .

• Experience with OTL templates and layout configuration .





• Strong understanding of OTL approval workflows and approval rules .

• Experience with Oracle OTL integration with Project Management / Project Costing .

• Ability to independently troubleshoot end-to-end OTL functional issues .

• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional configuration and business processes .
