We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Professionals to join our team and support a leading real estate conglomerate on large-scale transformation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our Oracle Fusion AMS team. The consultant will be responsible for functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits and prior experience supporting Oracle Fusion applications in a production workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Analyse and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Work across:

o Core Human Resources o Payroll o Benefits
- Perform functional analysis, impact assessment, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root-cause analysis for recurring problems.




- Support business users during UAT, regression testing, production releases, and post-release validation.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, configuration documents, and knowledge articles.
- Conduct user training and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions comply with Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Maintain support documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of AMS processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and testing.
- Experience in production support / AMS environments.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in UAT, regression testing, enhancements, and release support.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

- Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates.
- Exposure to Oracle HCM integrations, reports, and data migration.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in an SLA-driven AMS environment.
