Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (Kochi)

Practice: Oracle Practice About the Role We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our AI Solutions practice. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Oracle Fusion functional configuration and AI-powered automation, contributing to the design and delivery of intelligent, agent-based solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, and HR/Payroll domains.

This position is a key contributor to our Oracle AI Agent Studio delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional configuration and solution design for Oracle Fusion modules across SCM, Finance, and HCM/Payroll

Translate complex business processes into Oracle AI Agent Studio tool definitions, workflows, and configurations

Design and validate BIP reports, REST API payloads, and ORDS-ready data specifications for agent-based integrations

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, solution blueprinting, and gap analysis with client stakeholders

Define and document agent use cases, data flows, and test scenarios for AI-driven automation solutions

Collaborate with Oracle technical consultants to ensure accurate implementation of functional specifications

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution,



and knowledge transfer to client teams

Stay updated with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and Oracle AI Agent Studio enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementations

Strong functional expertise in at least two of the following areas:

Procurement / Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Finance (AP / AR / GL)

Human Capital Management (HCM) / Payroll

Experience in Oracle BIP report development and understanding of Fusion REST APIs

Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio or strong ability to quickly learn agent configuration tools

Understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, security concepts (data roles, BPM), and ESS job scheduling/submission

Solid documentation, analytical, and client communication skills

Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle delivery (requirements to UAT)

Nice to Have

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion integration patterns

Experience with ORDS REST services or Fusion customization using PL/SQL

Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystem

Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant Fusion modules
