Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion Finance modules, supporting implementations and enhancements, troubleshooting functional issues, and working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly across core finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into functional solutions in Oracle Fusion Financials.

Perform functional configuration and support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

Work on modules including

General Ledger (GL

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CM)

Expenses

Procurement / Purchasing

Subledger Accounting (SLA)

Understand and support end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) business processes.

Participate in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.

Prepare functional documents including BRD, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.

Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing and coordinate with business users for sign-off.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and production incidents.

Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.

Work with technical teams on reports,



integrations, interfaces, conversions, and data migration.

Support data migration activities for finance-related master and transactional data.

Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex product issues and raise/manage SRs when required.

Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.

Work closely with finance users, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Required Skills

5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.

Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.

Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Good understanding of SLA, Expenses, and Procurement.

Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes.

Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.

Experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.

Experience in functional issue analysis and resolution.

Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration and reconciliation.

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and impact analysis.

Exposure to financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.

Oracle Fusion Financials certification will be an added advantage.

Experience working with global clients is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA Finance / CA / CMA will be an added advantage.

Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
