Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Flexcube Technical Consultant to join our banking technology team in Papua New Guinea .

You will work on Oracle Flexcube 12.4 , helping keep banking systems safe, stable, and running well. You will also work on new changes, fixes, integrations, and system support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with banking systems, and working with teams across countries .

You will get valuable international onsite exposure and the chance to work closely with bank users and IT teams.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Oracle Flexcube 12.4 .
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts and batch jobs .
- Troubleshoot system issues and find the root cause.
- Support REST and SOAP API integrations with other systems.
- Check system logs and perform debugging when issues occur.
- Work with Reports, WebLogic, and BI Publisher .
- Support End of Day (EOD) processes and resolve related issues.
- Support Flexcube changes, fixes, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with functional teams, bank users, and IT teams .
- Support onsite system setup and configuration.
- Guide and support the local IT team when needed.
- Help ensure smooth and reliable banking system operations.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube technical roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube 12.4 .
- Good experience in the Consumer Lending (CL) module .




- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL and Java .
- Experience with Oracle Reports, WebLogic, and BI Publisher .
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting and batch jobs .
- Experience with Flexcube customisation and API integration .
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Understanding of banking systems and processes .
- Experience in EOD support and issue resolution .
- Good communication and team-working skills.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite in Papua New Guinea .

Good to have:

- Experience in Flexcube upgrade or migration projects .
- Experience in onsite banking implementation and support .
- Strong knowledge of banking workflows and operations.
