POSITION OVERVIEW

TASKS : Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 7 years of Oracle functional experience working on Oracle FIN modules

Senior Oracle Finance functional consultant with strong experience in supporting Ebiz R12.2.x core FIN modules of AP,AR,GL Modules

Experience working on Support projects in the above listed FIN Modules.

Good Knowledge on ITSM Process and able to resolve tickets within SLA

Very robust process knowledge in the above mentioned modules. Aware of the Setup/Configuration as well as Mater data management in the above module areas

Experience working on debugging Workflow exceptions/errors in the listed modules

Implement new features according to business requirements as part of enhancement request

Work with the Oracle technical team to build technical solution for the functional requirements

Experience in writing test scripts to test the entire business process

Worked on Integrations with bolt on systems including EDI transactions

Good Communication able to interact with end users and client IT contacts

Flexible to work on APAC and extended EMEA shift

Oncall support during week ends to address any P1/P2 issues
