nRole Summary:

nWe are seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Warehouse Management System Functional Consultant to configure, enhance, and support warehouse operations. The consultant will translate business requirements into effective Oracle WMS solutions and work closely with business users and technical teams across implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

nKey Responsibilities:

nGather, analyze, and document warehouse and inventory-management requirements.

nConfigure and support Oracle EBS WMS setups, WMS Rules Engine, strategies, rule sets, task management, and License Plate Number processes.

nSupport inbound, inventory, picking, putaway, allocation, shipping, receiving, and outbound warehouse processes.

nConfigure and support mobile and handheld-device transactions using MSCA and related solutions such as SecureCRT or Intellinum.

nPrepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, process flows, and user guides.

nCoordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.

nTroubleshoot incidents, perform functional root-cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.





nWork across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and related supply-chain processes.

nMust-Have Skills and Qualifications:

nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS WMS, preferably in an R12 setting.

nExpertise in WMS configuration, Rules Engine, LPN management, picking, putaway, allocation, task management, shipping, and receiving.

nHands-on experience with MSCA, RF, barcode, and handheld-device processes.

nSolid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and warehouse-management flows.

nWorking knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL sufficient to analyze data and understand existing customizations.

nExperience preparing functional design documents and supporting SIT and UAT.

nAbility to investigate production issues and communicate functional impact and resolution clearly.

nGood-to-Have Skills

nExperience with multiple Oracle WMS implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support engagements.

nExposure to barcode and label-printing integrations, third-party logistics interfaces, and warehouse automation.

nUnderstanding of Oracle APIs, interfaces, and functional documentation standards.

nExperience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or retail environments.

nShift: Rotational/24x7 support, including on-call, weekend, and release coverage as required

nSoft Skills: Strong communication, ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving.
