About The Role - Should have experience in Oracle ERP R12 Financials Technical landscape.

- Should be aware of Oracle ERP data model and functional working for AR, AP, GL, and CM modules.

- Proficient in PL/SQL technical programming.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Good with Excel for transformation of data between source and destination formatting.

- Skilled in Oracle Form Personalization and Customization.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Upgrades – Database and Application.

- Good to have knowledge in workflow, Unix, and SOA/OSB.

- Hands-on experience with the above-mentioned tools is preferred.

- Good communication skills to confidently engage with UK clients and build rapport.

- Good interpersonal skills to provide guidance to peers and project colleagues over time.

- Robust personal impact and influence.

- Good stakeholder and relationship management.
